About this place
Girl Meraki is a homewares and interiors shop run by Maria and Paige. Maria’s career in design goes back more than 40 years, Paige’s is in creative arts and floristry, and an online store followed in 2018.
On the shelves, Australian design, handmade and locally made pieces sit with finds from overseas, vintage beside contemporary: jute, cotton and outdoor mats, hall runners, rattan and water hyacinth baskets, cushions and vases. Gifts run to Hutwoods candles and diffusers, Saarde hand and body wash and Littlehoothoot cards. The shop is small, entered through a tobacco-coloured door, with custom-built arches and its original worn timber floor.
