About this place

Vocal coach Seryna Jane Lock started Sutherland Shire Singing in 2016, teaching from her loungeroom, and it now has a second studio in Jannali.

New students begin with an intro lesson: meet a teacher, warm up, sing a song, and swap teachers if the match isn’t right. Kids can learn one-to-one, in duos or in 45-minute group classes. Adults settle into weekly or fortnightly lessons, or join Raise the Roof. There are studio concerts and recording sessions each term, though performing is always optional, and a student portal for practice at home.
