About this place

Your Cycle Mechanic is a bike service workshop run by owner and head mechanic Alex Arancibia. He started the business in 2014 as a mobile service, fixing bikes at customers’ homes, and opened the workshop in April 2019.

Servicing comes in four packages, from the Fundamental safety check and tune to an Overhaul, where the bike is taken apart, every component washed and the whole thing rebuilt. Kids bikes have a service of their own. Gear and brake tune-ups can be done on the spot, hydraulic brakes flushed and bled, and carbon fibre repairs and frame painting quoted. Jobs are booked through the online form. Custom builds start from your own frame and parts, or with everything sourced for you.
