About this place
SouthEdge Constructions is a home builder run by Tom McGrath, who has been building locally for 18 years. Renovations run from one bathroom, ensuite, kitchen or laundry up to a whole house. Extensions cover additions, open-plan living areas, decks, pergolas and outdoor living. New builds are custom family homes, with the whole job project-managed.
Each job opens with a no-obligation consultation and closes with a walk-through and final inspections. He takes on work further out in Greater Sydney too.
